    AAMI had a couple of choices and the reception at manke were unhelpful so I switched to CSR. It was a good move as they were excellent. Helpful, fast and the car looked brand new on pick up.

    Communication is woeful. Travelled to collect car at organised time. Walked 7km in total. Place all locked up. Mrs going off her rocker as it's her car. Walk back to train in rain. No taxi, no ubers coming, just miss train. Wait another 40 minutes...... Absolutely furious. Don't believe Google opening hours.

    Took my car to have the rear door fixed as I was told that it was a pretty good shop was well price and said it would take 3 days when I got the car back it was not cleaned very well on the inside the boot trim was loose and my door card is broken tried to call up 5 times to resolve the problem and no answer and told me the number was disconnected wouldn't send my car it if it was the only place left in Newcastle
