I took a crankshaft to them to be machined they said it would be a week . 6 weeks later after they had sent it away to be done they called me stating it was finished but they couldn't find oversized bearings for it. We ordered a rocker arm in through these guys, we were promised it be here the next morning and that's why we were happy to pay 5 times the amount we could get it for from Supercheap auto or Repco because the delivery time from the other suppliers were 5 days.
$20 part for $88, a rip off to start with but it meant we could be on the road the next day.
Comes next afternoon and hadn't heard anything so we give him a call, he tells us there is still more deliveries coming this arvo!
Comes to Wednesday, then Thursday then Friday, still haven't heard a single thing!!
No updates on the part, no "sorry it's taking so long"

Kept me informed throughout the whole process and were happy for me to supply some or most of the parts.
Any issues, they rang me up and gave me solutions with prices.
Now running the engine with over 20 thousand kms and double the stock power, it runs like new still.
