- James Williams Added January 29, 2024★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Shocking workmanship, don’t use their mechanic. Had a brand new radiator supplied and fitted last week. Simple job.
Once home I looked and noticed the radiator was loose, they hadn’t put the bottom support feet back on and only one rubber and one clip at the top, dents all over the new radiator fins. The mechanic told me he left the transmission hose off accidentally and transmission oil was spitting out everywhere. Didn’t bother to check the transmission oil level that he ran dry plus he replaced the transmission hose that is currently still dripping with transmission fluid, also there was barely any fluid in the new radiator, didn’t bleed it correctly. Luckily I checked it or I would have broken down.

After that she sarcastically said "yeah I'll let you know" then hangs up... Never got a call back, Rang up elsewhere & they had the part & picked it up within an hour! Time wasted & dodgy, Don't bother...

Called them to check if they have the parts I needed (while on a roadtrip, with a very tight schedule) and they got my car fixed in a weekend and found and fixed some other problems.
